Odesse Marie is from Fontaine’s first crop of foals. Last year, he showed convincingly in the performance test in Germany. His sire Finest impressed in the inspections with his first crop of foals. Thanks to his sire Fürstenball, Fürst Heinrich appears twice in Odesse Marie’s pedigree. Her dam Anne-Marie is by this Florestan I son; her granddam Thekla Marie excelled in the inspections and produced two ZZ-light horses; and her great-granddam Marie Louise was exported to America, where she has emerged as one of the best mares of the KWPN-NA. She boasts offspring at the top of the inspection rankings and in the sport.
