Odessa J.C. is from the first crop of foals in the Netherlands by the five-year-old Hanovarian stallion Deparon U.S. His four sires in the Donnerhall-line all competed in the Grand Prix. At age three and four, Deparon U.S. showcased his exceptional talent in the young horse competitions. We also see the influence of Donnerhall (2x via Deparon U.S.) on Odessa J.C.’s dam’s side through her grandsire Dayano. In between is the popular sport and breeding stallion Dream Boy. Odessa J.C.’s great-granddam Tesley produced a ZZ-light horse. Her dam Wesley, who earned the prestatie predicate, is the foundation mare of numerous good dressage horses and show jumpers. She is a half-sister to the renowned top mare Zamira, ridden by Piet Raijmakers. The influence of Doruto adds even more value to Odessa J.C.’s dam-line.
