Ultron van het Hulsterhof is one of the last foals of the legendary Hanoverian stallion Weltmeyer. His dam Gladdys ten Hensel was inseminated with one of the last frozen semen. More than 120 sons of Weltmeyer have been approved and more than 50 Grand Prix offspring are registered. Through his sons, grandsons and many fantastic daughters, Weltmeyer (born in 1984) has still a lot of influence on the modern dressage breeding. Like Sandro Hit, dam’s sire Sir Lui is a grandson of the Holsteiner sire Sandro. Sir Lui produced the Grand Prix horses Eres DL and Wilhelm van de Kampert. The thoroughbred contribution, which is also clearly visible at Ultron van het Hulsterhof, comes from Nativio XX. Originally, de dam-line of Ultron van het Hulsterhof is Dutch.
