Giraldo was auctioned as a 3-year-old at Excellent Dressage Sales in 2014. The chestnut is now successfully competing at Grand Prix level under the Irish rider Abigail Lyle.
Last month this combination achieved a nice PR score of 75.25% in the freestyle at the London International Horse Show. The gelding also recently competed for Ireland at the World Championships in Herning, Denmark, under Lyle.
We look back to 2014 with a photo of the then only 3-year-old Giraldo during the EDS.
