Foals Excellent Dressage Sales score well

The EDS-Prinsenstad online foal auction went very successful. Twenty foals were sold for € 10,000 or more and therefore proved the good quality of the collection. This was highlighted by some standouts of € 25,000 or more.

Pretty Perfect (s. Livius) became the auction topper. The spectacularly moving filly changes hands for € 38,000. Other striking foals were Pablo van Amstel (s. Desperado) and Primadonna (s. Livius).

Twenty foals for 10,000 or more
A few weeks before the start of the auction, there was a lot of interest in several high-quality foals from the EDS collection, and this turned out to be entirely justified. After the presentation at Academy Bartels, which was broadcast live via ClipMyHorse in the afternoon, there were multiple bids from all over the world during the online auction in the evening. Ultimately, no fewer than twenty foals were sold for € 10,000 or more.

Success for Livius offspring

The young KWPN stallion Livius had four excellent foals in the EDS collection. From day one, the exceptional qualities of the Livius daughter Pretty Perfect were discussed, but Primadonna (€ 25,000), Prodegy VG (€ 21,000) and Piretti Xagovi (€ 19,000) were also able to convince the buyers. Together, the four descendants raised more than € 100,000.

Interest from all over the world
Like last year, there was a lot of international interest in the EDS collection. The EDS-Prinsenstad online foal auction was followed from more than 140 countries and bids were made from more than 20 different countries. Several sold foals therefore cross national borders.
