Three intenational victories in a row for Five Star in Wellington

A few weeks ago we published an article about the KWPN approved stallion Five Star, who was sold in 2014 during the Excellent Dressage Sales and conquers Amreica at the moment. Last weekend Five Star continued his winning streak during the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington. Together with his German rider Kevin Kohmann the talented stallion won the 3* Prix St. Geprge, the Inter I and the Small Tour kür. With that, the duo won all six international competition the compete in.

Top scores for Five Star

Despite the fact that Kohmann and Five Star did not have much opposition in the 3 * Small Tour, they still came out of the ring with top scores. The duo started the weekend immediately strong by winning the Prix St. George with a score of 71.118%.

The beautiful stallion, breed by family Bijvelds, took it one step further by breaking his personal records. IN the Inter I the duo achieved a score of 73.353%, but especially in the kür the score went up considerably. The personal record of 72.761% was far exceeded with a score of 76.855%.

Two hattricks on a row

Because of the three wins last weekend, Five Star had now two hattrick in a row on his name. Last year the chestnut stallion won also three competitions in Wellington during his international Small Tour debut.
